Pilot Terms
Effective: For all active pilot and early-access engagements
For pilot customers: The signed pilot SOW and any associated agreements govern your engagement with CreditAxis. Public website terms and policies are supplementary and yield to your signed agreement in all cases of conflict.
Governing Framework
For customers engaged under a signed Statement of Work (SOW), pilot agreement, or master services agreement, the signed agreement is the primary governing document. The following areas are governed by the signed agreement and not by public-facing website terms:

| SLA Commitments | Availability targets and incident response obligations |
| Confidentiality | Scope and obligations regarding confidential information |
What This Means in Practice
- The liability terms in your signed SOW govern — not the general limitation-of-liability language in the public Terms of Use.
- Support response times and escalation contacts are as defined in your SOW, not general website policy.
- If a DPA has been executed as part of your agreement, it governs data handling — not the public DPA template.
- Security commitments made in writing during the sales process and documented in the SOW are binding.
