Pilot Terms

Effective: For all active pilot and early-access engagements

For pilot customers: The signed pilot SOW and any associated agreements govern your engagement with CreditAxis. Public website terms and policies are supplementary and yield to your signed agreement in all cases of conflict.

Governing Framework

For customers engaged under a signed Statement of Work (SOW), pilot agreement, or master services agreement, the signed agreement is the primary governing document. The following areas are governed by the signed agreement and not by public-facing website terms:
