Is this a compliance guarantee?

No. CreditAxis is not a compliance, audit, examiner, or regulator assurance product. The diagnostic produces findings.

We already have a core.

No. CreditAxis is not a core-banking platform. It governs the defensibility of credit decisions made on top of any core-banking environment.

We already have loan review.

Loan review reviews loans. Credit Decision Defensibility tests whether a selected decision can be reconstructed and defended on demand. They are complementary.

We already have a LOS.

No. CreditAxis is not a loan-origination platform. It tests whether a closed credit decision can be defended outside the system where it was originated.

We do not need another dashboard.

The diagnostic deliverable is an Executive Findings Memo, not a dashboard. Defensibility is judged by reconstruction, not by metrics on a screen.

We cannot add another vendor.

The $30,000 diagnostic does not require integration, production access, or live PII. It is a fixed-scope engagement, not a vendor footprint.

We cannot share PII.

The diagnostic accepts redacted, synthetic, or bank-approved materials. Live PII is not required.

We are not in exam trouble.

The diagnostic is built for institutions that are not in trouble and want to prove defensibility before they are asked.

We are not ready for AI.

AI is assistive only. Humans approve every deliverable. AI does not approve credit and does not send externally.

Is this a replacement for existing systems?

No. CreditAxis is not a substitute for loan-origination, core-banking, loan-review, or risk systems. It tests defensibility of decisions made within them.

We do this manually today.

The diagnostic quantifies the burden of manual reconstruction and identifies which steps can be reduced without replacing existing systems.

What does the diagnostic actually produce?

An Executive Findings Memo, a Defensibility Scorecard, decision reconstruction findings, policy traceability findings, authority alignment findings, exception governance findings, evidence completeness findings, audit reconstruction timeline, AI governance boundary findings, board/risk summary, and a controlled evaluation roadmap.
